KOLT was made to be a mechatronical solution for Roskilde Festival to keep food and beers cold and locked. The purpose of the project is for the user to rent it at a stall at Roskilde festival, whereafter that person can add their friends to the allowed people that can unlock the coolbox. It also allows the user to track the temperature and status of the coolbox.
It was sponsored by both Roskilde Festival and Maté Maté. The coolbox was tested during the week of Roskilde festival.

The project was made for a course, where knowledge within both mechanical and electrical engineering was used. The box was designed using Fusion, and the electronics are based on an ESP32, and the code is written for Arduino.
I am very proud of how the project turned out; both aesthetically and technically. The project was completed in a group that started with 8, but one of the members weren’t present for the last half of the project.
